BEST Smoked is produced from beech wood from the Franconian Alps and imparts a distinctive flavor reminiscent of smoked ham and hearth. The malt is ideal for brewing beer and whiskey. The intensity of the smoky flavor largely depends on the amount of malt used. For the first use, we recommend a 10% grist, and according to your preferences, you can increase it up to 100%. However, you should consider that the overall smoky flavor typically develops only after the beer has been fermented and stored. BEST Smoked complies with the German Beer Purity Law "Reinheitsgebot".
