Product detailed description

This is the lightest malt created using the roasting technique. The malt is dry and has a pale color, which is why it is also called "white malt".
The roasting of the malt and the application of heat have transformed its flavor. The temperatures used during roasting determine the color and flavor of the roasted malt.
Amber Malt is typically a dry malt that has a toasted biscuit finish and can give beer an amber hue.
