    For dark beers: roasted BEST malts guarantee a dark beer colour and add exciting roasted notes to the taste. The gentle roasting process has been proven to reduce the appearance of pyrazine. This is responsible for the astringent, bitter taste of dark beers. Intense notes of chocolate and espresso give your dark beers a unique character.
