Product detailed description

This malt is a further stage after Amber Malt. Its color is created in the same way as the amber in Amber Malt, but to achieve a darker nutty color, it is roasted a little longer. The malt after roasting has a roasted dryness with a light brown shade, which is ideal for brown and mild beers.
