Product detailed description
Hallertau Blanc, a descendant of the Cascade variety, emerged in 2012 at the Hüll farm in the Hallertau region of Germany. Its home was green vineyards, where it became popular for crafting American-style beers. The Hallertau Blanc variety attracts with its fruity character, evoking impressions of gooseberry and fresh grass. In addition to subtle notes of grapes, refreshing grapefruit, and citrus grass, it develops a complex palette of aromas where hints of currant and elderflower mingle. You can also sense tones of passion fruit, pineapple, and velvety gooseberry, which give the Hallertau Blanc variety a unique and unmistakable character.
