BEST Munich enhances the flavor and maltiness of amber to dark beers. Even a small amount in the grist imparts the beer with a distinct malty touch. BEST Munich malt is therefore ideal for accentuating the flavor of highly fermented beers. Due to the generally higher protein content in this malt, the higher its concentration in the grist, the better the foam of the resulting beer. BEST Munich complies with the German Beer Purity Law "Reinheitsgebot."
