Nelson Sauvin Hops (New Zealand)
Product detailed description
Nelson Sauvin is an aromatic hop that is usually only used in late boil additions, including dry hopping. The aroma of Nelson Sauvin hops contains the characteristic features of white wine along with fruity flavours such as fresh crushed gooseberries and grapes. The essential oil profile shows characteristics of fresh crushed gooseberry, a descriptor often used for the Sauvignon Blanc grape variety, hence the name of the grape variety.
