Pacific Sunrise™ is a true variety of so-called “under the radar” hops. Citrus drives this hop variety along with tropical flavors of melon and mango. Stone fruit and sweet jam support the initial aroma with pleasant floral notes that help complete the overall profile. Subtle yet remarkable notes of pine and berries break through in the aroma with lingering hints of hay and herbs that remain in their path and do not overpower the other notes.
