Cryo Hops® pellets are a concentrated lupulin from whole leaf hops, rich in resins and aromatic oils. They are designed to provide intense hop flavor and aroma, allowing breweries to effectively dose large amounts of alpha acids and oils without introducing bitter flavors or plant material. Cryo Hops® pellets can be used anywhere traditional whole leaf hops and hop pellets are typically used.
