Enigma is an aromatic hop, perfect for late hopping and dry hopping. It has a distinct aroma of tropical fruits, berries, and stone fruits with notes of juicy raspberries and red currants. However, it stands out from other hops mainly with notes of white wine, specifically the Pinot Gris variety. We recommend it for these beer styles APA, IPL, and all IPA hybrids.
