Aroma: this variety has a distinctive aroma of honeydew and strawberries. Its flavor profile includes strawberries, apricot ice tea, anise, or geranium.
Cryo Hops® pellets are concentrated lupulin from whole leaf hops containing resins and aromatic oils. They are designed to deliver intense hop flavor and aroma. This allows brewers to effectively dose large amounts of alpha acids and oils without introducing bitter flavors or plant material. Cryo Hops® pellets can be used wherever whole leaf hops and hop pellets are traditionally used.
