BEST Rye Malt provides the beer with an incomparable structure, velvety delicious flavor, and unique character. The taste strongly resembles bread. Since rye lacks husks and contains more pentosans, it is not recommended to use more than 50% of this malt in the grist, as it can cause significant problems during lautering.
