    Product detailed description

    BEST Caramel® Rye Malt is a rare specialty that gives beer a velvety mouthfeel along with a special complexity. The aroma is reminiscent of caramelized breadcrumbs. Due to the lack of husks and the high content of slime (pentosans), it is not recommended to use more than 50% in the grain bill, otherwise, problems with lautering may occur.
