Simcoe, developed by Yakima Chief Ranches and released in 2000, is known for its versatility in brewing and unique aromatic properties.
It continues to grow in popularity and is becoming one of the top ten varieties in craft and homebrewing.
Simcoe brings fruity and slightly earthy aroma with notes of grapefruit, passion fruit, pine, and berries. This variety is suitable for addition at any stage of brewing.
