Strata is a versatile hop that can be used in all stages of the brewing process.
Strata hops have a complex aroma of various fruit flavors, both dried and fresh fruits, with a subtle note of chili and hemp. Late additions using Strata hops bring rounded tropical plus distinctly bright fruity flavors. Cold hopping brings out more grapefruit and hemp. Other descriptors include passionfruit, strawberry, and earthiness.
