Centennial is a dual-purpose hop that can be used in all hop additions throughout the brewing process.
Centennial hops are very similar to Cascade hops and feature aromatic notes of pine, citrus, and flowers. It is characterized as a hop with a rounded and moderately intense floral, citrus, and grapefruit flavor and aroma. Other flavors of Centennial hops include pine needles and mandarins.
