Mosaic® developed by the Hop Breeding Company and released in 2012 has a high alpha acid content and features a unique and complex aromatic profile that translates favorably across various beer styles. It is a daughter of Simcoe® and a male derived from Nugget. Mosaic® is named in honor of the artistic array of aromas and flavors it can present.
