To create a better head or add a smoky or peaty taste: thanks to their chemical and physical properties, our functional malts and grains change the composition of the wort and thus the taste, texture and head of your beer creations. For example, BEST Chit Malt (unroasted) improves the quality of the head and BEST Acidulated Malt (sour) changes the pH value during mashing. BEST Smoked and BEST Peated are ideal for beers with a smoky flavour - and even for whisky production.
