Idaho 7 is a mature hop with a spicy tangerine flavor reminiscent of marmalade. Its uniqueness is expressed through a pleasant herbal character that combines with citrus and adds a delicate flavor of Earl Grey tea.
Idaho 7 is a dual-purpose hop capable of playing solo in a recipe as a single hop, but also works well in combination with hops like Mosaic, Citra, Chinook, Simcoe, Lotus, Centennial, and Azacca.
