Chinook is a versatile hop that can be used in all stages of brewing beer. Chinook can be slightly spicy and have a smoky earthy character. It has an impressive pine and resin character with prominent spice and grapefruit notes. Use it sparingly in brewing, as excessive use can add a sharp bitterness.
Beer styles: American Pale Ale, IPA, Stout, Porter, Lager & Winter Ale.
Cryo Hops® pellets are concentrated lupulin from whole leaf hops containing resins and aromatic oils. They are designed to ensure intense hop flavor and aroma. This allows breweries to effectively dose large amounts of alpha acids and oils without introducing bitter flavors or plant material. Cryo Hops® pellets can be used wherever whole leaf hops and traditional hop pellets are typically used.
