Chinook is a versatile hop that can be used at all stages of brewing beer. Chinook can be slightly spicy and have a smoky, earthy character. It has an impressive pine and resin character with distinct spiciness and grapefruit notes. Use it sparingly in brewing, as excessive use can add sharp bitterness.
Beer styles: American Pale Ale, IPA, Stout, Porter, Lager & Winter Ale.
Cryo Hops® pellets are concentrated lupulin from whole leaf hops with resin and aromatic oil content. They are designed to provide intense hop flavor and aroma. This allows brewers to effectively dose large amounts of alpha acids and oils without introducing harsh flavors or plant material. Cryo Hops® pellets can be used wherever whole leaf hops and hop pellets are traditionally utilized.
