Azacca is a dual-purpose hop that can be used in all hop additions throughout the brewing process.
Azacca has a wonderfully refreshing aroma. Its description usually includes aromas and flavors of mango, papaya, orange, grapefruit, lemon, pine, spice, pineapple, grass, tropical fruit and citrus. However, Azacca hops have a very subtle hop aroma that can easily be overpowered by other hops and flavours.
Beer styles: Pale Ale, IPA, Fruit Beer, Sour and Saison.
