Azacca is a dual-purpose hop that can be used in all hop additions throughout the brewing process.
Azacca has an amazingly refreshing aroma. Its description typically includes the scents and flavors of mango, papaya, orange, grapefruit, lemon, pine, spices, pineapple, grass, tropical fruits, and citrus. However, Azacca has a very subtle hop aroma that can easily be overshadowed by other hops and flavors.
