Azacca is a dual-purpose hop that can be used in all hop additions throughout the beer brewing process.
Azacca has an amazingly refreshing aroma. Its description usually includes scents and flavors of mango, papaya, orange, grapefruit, lemon, pine, spice, pineapple, grass, tropical fruit, and citrus. However, Azacca hops have a very subtle hop aroma that can easily be overshadowed by other hops and flavors.
