Centennial is a dual-purpose hop that can be used in all hop additions throughout the brewing process.
The Centennial hop is very similar to the Cascade hop and features aromatic notes of pine, citrus, and floral aromas. It is characterized as a hop with rounded and medium-intensity floral, citrus, and grapefruit flavors and aromas. Other flavors of Centennial hops include pine needles and mandarins.
