First, tropical fruit, pine, and citrus come to mind in an attempt to capture the essence of Zappa™, but it has also been described with terms like passionfruit, minty, fresh, dark purple, salty, impulsive, or tasting like fruity cereal. It's perfect for adding aroma to whirlpool and for dry hopping.
