A new product produced by yeast fermentation. This user-friendly product comes in liquid form, ready for immediate use, and will help you achieve excellent aroma in every batch. With six flavour blends available, you can experiment and find the balance you need. This unique, patented technology ensures a consistent and distinctive flavor profile that you can enjoy with every batch.

To use: start by adding 1 drop of YopsTM to 100ml of base beer (or using a pipette) and stir - no need to wait. Enjoy the aroma, then taste and refine the dosage. Multiple variations of YopsTM can be mixed to create the desired complexity and flavour profile. Do not exceed the maximum dosage

One drop from a Yops™ pipette into 100 ml of beverage is equivalent to approximately 25 g/hL. Dosage using other pipettes may vary. Recommended dosage: 25-100 g Yops™ per hL (typical dosage 50 g/hL). Do not exceed a cumulative Yops™ dosage of 100 g/hL.
