YCH 702 Trial CO2 Extract

Packaging: 1 kg bottle

Detailed information

Product detailed description

YCH 702 offers maximum aromatic contributions and yields when used in the whirlpool. This unique product was developed to replace traditional T-90 pellets, where 1 kg of YCH 702 extract can replace up to 10 kg of pellets. Its strength lies in the high concentration of hop-soluble compounds that effectively transition into the final beer during whirlpool dosing, enhancing its aroma and flavor profile.

Storage: YCH 702 should be stored at a temperature below 25°C (77°F) to maintain the best aromatic quality. When stored properly in cool and dark conditions, the product remains stable for up to three years.

Dosing: To replace T-90 pellets, we recommend a dosing ratio of 10:1, which means adding 100g of YCH 702 extract for every kilogram of pellets.

Key Features:

  • Oil-Enriched Product: Ensures more intense aroma.
  • Liquid at Room Temperature: Allows for easier handling and dosing.
  • Effective Pellet Replacement: 1:10 compared to traditional T-90 pellets.
  • Standardized at 20% Total Oil: Guarantees consistent quality and performance.
  • Optimized for Whirlpool Dosing: Maximizes the use of aromatic compounds.
  • Increased Concentration of Surviving Compounds: Ensures a richer aroma in the final beer compared to similar products.

Advantages:

  • Reduction of Vegetative Material: Minimizes losses and simplifies the process.
  • Lower Transportation and Storage Costs: Due to the high concentration of the product.
  • Higher Yields: More efficient use of raw materials.
  • Less Required Refrigerated Storage Space: Due to the smaller volume of extract.

YCH 702 is an innovative solution for breweries looking for ways to improve the quality and efficiency of their beers without compromise. It not only brings cost and space savings but also allows breweries to experiment with different aroma profiles, providing beers with characteristic properties specific to the hop variety used.
