A strain of lactobacilli "Lactobacillus helveticus," ideal for brewing a wide range of sour beers. Compared to Sour Pitch bacteria, it produces more citrus flavors at higher temperatures.

This is the best for kettle souring and way better than Philly Sour yeast for sour beers. You'll get plenty of lactic acid, lots of citrus flavor and bit of tropical flavors. Highly recommend.
