Southern Sublime Hops (South Africa)
Product detailed description
Southern Sublime is an aromatic hop that is typically used at the end of the boil or during dry hopping. The aroma profile of Southern Sublime (N1/69) is citrusy, mango, plums, dank, and spicy. It pairs well with intensely hopped beers, such as modern IPAs. It also has a classic noble hop character with a fruity terroir background.
