Southern Star is a versatile hop that can be added at any stage of brewing. This hop offers clean, sharp, and effective bitterness with subtle berry, floral, and citrus tones. If we dive into a detailed examination of the aroma of this hop, we can definitely find pineapple, blueberries, tangerines, tropical fruit, passion fruit, quince, pear, petal of roses, orange, and coffee. Some hops play better together than others. Southern Star works well in combination with hops Mosaic, Ekuanot and El Dorado.
