Sons of Liberty at Cobolis Brewery is referred to as "Old School NEIPA," which in practice means that although it is based on a New England IPA, it stylistically lies somewhere in between with a West Coast IPA. The result is a nicely aromatic beer with citrus tones and a smooth body, but with a higher bitterness that balances it out.
