Product detailed description
The Saaz Shine variety was obtained by selection from the offspring of the mother variety Sládek and a male plant of the Saaz (found in the production area of Liběšice near Žatec). It offers pleasant bitterness in the beer, with an aroma that is hoppy, mild with lower intensity, accompanied by herbal notes with spicy and citrus components. It is suitable for secondary and tertiary hopping of lager beers.
