SAAZ Comfort Hops (Czech Republic)
Product detailed description
The Saaz Comfort variety was developed through selection from the offspring of the mother Russian variety Serebrjanka and a male plant of the Saaz (found in the production area of Liběšice near Žatec). It has a typical delicate hop aroma with a more intense, rough bitterness that lingers pleasantly. It is suitable for the second and third hopping of lager beers.
