The Saaz Brilliant variety was developed through selection from the offspring of inbreeding the Saaz. It has a delicate hop aroma and a medium-intensity scent, featuring the gentlest hop fragrance among the new Saaz varieties, closest to the ŽPČ. This variety is suitable for the second and third hopping of lager beers.
