Motueka is a dual-purpose hop that can be used in all hop additions throughout the brewing process. Motueka's specific hop aromas include distinctive fresh crushed citrus, mojito character, lively lemon and lime notes with a hint of tropical fruit in the background. It also has fresh herbal notes (basil, rosemary) and a touch of dried orchard fruit at the edges. It is extremely versatile in the brewery.
