Mosaic® developed by Hop Breeding Company and released in 2012, has a high alpha content and features a unique and complex aromatic profile that positively influences various beer styles. It is a daughter of Simcoe® and a male derived from Nugget. Mosaic® is named in honor of the artistic range of aromas and flavors it can present.
