Mistral is a dual-purpose hop that can be used in all hop additions throughout the brewing process. When used in the brewhouse, the bitterness of Mistral hops is very clean and sweet and not harsh. It is completely unique and has a character that would be impossible to replicate without blending multiple varieties. It has a melon and citrus character and can also have a muscat grape or wine character and even a hint of pear. Ideal for late additions and dry hopping.
