Ingredients kit for homebrewers to make 25l of Lollihop West Coast IPA according to the recipe by brewers Michal Minárik and Jiří Bauer from Sibeeria Brewery.
Lollihop was the first West Coast IPA of its kind in the Czech Republic at the beginning of 2017: a light, dry beer with high bitterness and no caramel malts. Since then, it has remained our flagship, with its recipe largely unchanged, perhaps with the exception of more hops. It still retains its light color, distinctive citrus bitterness, and tropical aroma thanks to the proven combination of Citra and Mosaic hops.
