Light Malt Extract is a thick, viscous liquid with a golden-brown color, malt and sweet aroma, and a honey-like consistency. Its dry matter is around 81%. It is an infusion wort made from Czech Pilsner malt and drinking water.

This extract is used for brewing beer in microbreweries around the world, for homebrewing, in the production of cornflakes, flavoring dairy products, in baking, for producing fruit or sparkling wines, durable baked goods, and also as a sweetener, flavoring agent, etc.

The product contains no added additives, preservatives, colorants, or flavorings.
