Kveik is a Norwegian word for yeast. In Norwegian agricultural tradition, Kveik was preserved by drying and passed down from generation to generation. Kveik is an original, traditional dried yeast! Flocculation is very high, leading to the production of clear beer without the need for filtration or auxiliary agents.
