LalBrew® New England is a yeast that produces a unique fruity-ester aroma typical of NEIPA-style beers. The fermentation with LalBrew® New England results in beers with an ester profile reminiscent of tropical fruits and stone fruits, especially peaches. Thanks to the production of the enzyme β-glucosidase, it supports hop biotransformation, highlighting the hop aroma. LalBrew® New England achieves medium to deep fermentation and slowly sediments, making it an ideal choice for beers typical of the American East Coast.
