Lallemand Essential Lager Yeast

A blend of 2 strains of Saccharomyces cerevisiae selected from the Lallemand yeast culture collection for the production of traditional Lager-type beers. This specific blend is capable of utilizing sugars at traditional lager temperatures and was chosen for its neutral flavor and aroma.
The yeast can be pitched directly or rehydrated before pitching. For the LalBrew® Essential range, stirring and propagation are not recommended as
it alters the ratio of individual strains in the blend.
