Ingredients kit for homebrewers to make 25l of Kososchrott (Gose) according to the recipe by brewer Martin Kolman from Kos Brewery.
Gose is our favorite German beer style, where the beer is brewed with salty water and coriander added. We infuse it with various fruits such as pear, sour cherry, black currant, or passion fruit, and we keep refining the recipe.
