Steel keg service
Straightening of rims
During handling, the top and bottom hem of the kegs are deformed and then the kegs cannot be stacked, stacked in the warehouse/car and fall off the filling line.
We can straighten the top and bottom rim of the keg even if it is deformed to the maximum.
Neck straightening
When the keg neck is hit, it can deflect and the filling line cannot automatically bump the keg. Straighten the neck and return it to its original position.
Straightening the bottom
When the keg is impacted, the bottom of the keg may deform and jam inside the keg, which both reduces the overall volume of the keg, and at the same time, the fitting is pressed against the deformed bottom and the beer cannot be drawn from it.
Neutralization of the logo
In circulation, kegs are mixed and you will get kegs with a different original brewery name stamped on them, which we can "neutralise". Alternatively, we can neutralise your kegs before they are sold.
Surface cleaning and stripping
For easy recognition of the contents, the kegs are marked in various ways, e.g. with stickers or coloured stripes. Our technology cleans the surface of the barrel so that it looks like new.

Repair of surface coating
During handling, the surface sheath is damaged and no longer serves its function as thermal insulation. When revitalising the casing, we use a special material that has excellent adhesion properties to the original material and so bonds easily to it.
Repair of torn off handles
The most common damage is the tearing off of the handle of the keg barrel and very often a part of the upper rim of the jacket is damaged at the same time. We can repair all categories of damage so that it does not reappear.
Marking with a stripe and your logo
We can mark kegs with a coloured stripe and your logo or brewery name. The colour for the printing on the keg barrel is chosen with the use in the beverage industry in mind.

We can replace the complete fitting or just the individual parts that have worn out - most commonly the seal and spring. After servicing the fitting we perform a pressure test of the keg.
