AB Vickers ISY Enhance™ are specific inactive yeasts designed to enhance the body, flavor, and drinkability of beer. The resulting product is smooth and clean with improved organoleptic sensations. Applications include: Reducing hop bitterness and balancing the organoleptic profile in hoppy styles, increasing body and complexity in low-alcohol, non-alcoholic, or light beers, and enhancing mouthfeel and drinkability in any beer style.
Principle
AB Vickers ISY Enhance™ is rich in polysaccharides and oligosaccharides that bind polyphenols and reduce bitter and astringent tones. The presence of mannoproteins in ISY Enhance™ increases body and mouthfeel. As specific inactive yeast, ISY Enhance™ consists of 100% yeast-derived components and is balanced to optimize organoleptic properties and body when added during fermentation. AB Vickers ISY Enhance™ is gluten-free.

Dosage
20 - 40 g/hl
Use lower doses (20-30 g/hl) for light beer styles and high sugar concentration fermentations, such as hard beers. Use higher doses (30-40 g/hl) for full-bodied or hoppy beer styles.
