HBC 630 is exceptionally fruity, unique, and delicious. It has a hint of coconut flavor and represents an interesting hop for single-hop beers, but it also shines when blended with other New World varieties.
When used as an addition in the whirlpool or for dry hopping, it has a pronounced cherry aroma - with notes of other stone fruits, raspberries, tropical fruit, and citrus. It is a unique variety that offers a different aromatic and flavor profile than most varieties available today.
