SafBrew™ DA-16 is a powerful blend (consisting of active dry yeast and enzymes) for producing very dry and aromatic beers, especially fruity and hoppy ones, such as Brut IPA. SafBrew™ DA-16 is also recommended for very high wort densities, allowing for alcohol levels up to 16% ABV.
