Brewer's yeast that provides a fruity and phenolic character, which changes depending on fermentation conditions. It produces well-fermented beers and is ideal for wheat beers, such as Belgian and German styles (e.g., Wit and Weizen beers).

It creates typical phenolic notes of wheat beers. It allows brewing beers with a high drinkability profile and offers very good suspension ability during fermentation.
