    American brewing yeast for producing neutral and balanced beers. It forms a stable foam and remains well suspended during fermentation. Ideal for American-style beers and highly-hopped beers.

    Dosage / Temperature
    50 to 80 g/hl, ideal at a temperature of 18-26°C.
